*14 *The spout to the blue Slushy Machine contains pink slime-like build up.
Clean/Sanitize before next use.
 Repeat Violation.
49 *The 3-compartment sink is fitted with diverters and hoses meant for gardening.
Plumbing systems shall be designed, constructed and installed according to Chapter 3 of the Pennsylvania Construction Code Act.
Remove and replace with equipment that is meant for a food facility and easily cleanable.
 Repeat Violation.
   
General Remarks
Notes:
*Full and complete inspection was conducted in conjunction to the findings from May 28, 2025 where facility’s food service was suspended due to insufficient warewashing capabilities.
*No food prep or selling of food took place during this inspection.
*Upon arrival, the back area where the 3-compartment sink is located was reorganized and cleaned in a way so that the 3-compartment sink can remain open for use.
*The major leak was fixed but facility still has unapproved fixtures on the faucet.
*Department spent time talking with CFSM and employee by showing both how to properly set up the 3-compartment sink and how to test the sanitizer using their test strips.
*Facility is approved to resume food service.
